No flexibility, no WFH. Any requests are denied. Pension is ‘qualified earnings only’ - look it up, it’s dreadful! Long hours, 8:30am - 5pm 95% employees do not have a car parking space which creates carnage on the road outside. No teamwork or collaboration, just siloed and focused on the immediate. Lack of innovation Quality of delivery is poor, often due to lack of freedom allowed by SLT level No sick pay for 12 months!! Bonus advertised or on offer letter is wildly misleading (they’re tight!) Free breakfast only if you arrive before start time & no eating at desks.
