Pros
Lovely people who work in the company, multi cultural ambiance. You will learn a number of skills that are transferable to another sector/employer who offers more money and better treatment.
Cons
"Yes, I can" is the motto that every employee have to take on board. But largely abused and you ended up with plenty of workload, no life and plenty of phone calls during your day off. Food during work time is guaranteed by the contract, but almost always awful, full of fat.
