      -well known big brand company - international job opportunities

      Cons

      -management takes vacations when front desk is literally drowning with task and guest and takes ZERO accountability and blames it all on entry-level staff - high turn over of staff due to bad managers -toxic work environment due to understaffing -toxic positivity and gaslighting - internal promotions is based on how much you cover for your boss and not how truly good you are -No local hires due to bad working conditions

      Good management at my location. Had a "commission" type set up with signing people up for their rewards program. Good culture!!

      Honestly, none. This was one of my favorite jobs and wish I was still there!
