Magaan ang overall working environment. Manageable workload. Good learning ground for fresh graduates entering the financial services industry.

Limited career growth opportunities; medyo stagnant ang progression especially if you’re aiming for faster professional development. Minimum salary for fresh graduates; compensation may not be competitive in the long run.
