People here are highly committed to their work and doing a good job. There is good transparency from managers about what is going on with the business - both good and bad. The office is modern and well-lit.
Cons
It is easy to work a lot of hours because you feel very committed to your team and doing a great job. Expectations are high which is good, but can create a poor work life balance if the employee doesn't manage boundaries well.
