Pros

Radio Flyer is fun place to work at and the best company I have worked for. I have worked here for 5 years and have enjoy coming to work every day. Radio Flyer has great career development opportunities. I worked in the warehouse department and now I work in the quality assurance department. I have a great work/life balance, my manager is very flexible with my working hours. Which is great since I still go to school part time. The senior management team makes sure employees have everything they need to be successful in the workplace. Radio Flyer is a great company to work for and they took immediate action to Covid19. They made sure most of their employees were able to work remotely.

Cons

I don't like when the company bring politics into the workplace. Sometime this can be a bit overwhelming. But, I do appreciate the company improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I do agree we need to talk about things that make us uncomfortable.

Thank you for your review. I am glad that you have been able to grow yourself within the organization and we value your contributions across multiple departments here at Radio Flyer. Your growth has helped grow our business! I also appreciate your feedback and will keep this in mind. I do believe it is important to have the uncomfortable conversations in order to become a stronger, more diverse workforce and I appreciate your willingness to allow this progress to happen. Please connect with me or your manager if you have any questions or feedback throughout the year. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Thanks, Robert
