Pros
I joined Radio Flyer two months ago, and I immediately felt very welcomed! The onboarding/orientation process was great, and I was quickly given the resources needed to fully settle into my role. Unlike other companies, Radio flyer's vision mission and values are reflected in everyday work. From my first day, I knew that Radio flyer was invested in helping me grow personally and professionally. Not to mention, the employees are motivated, talented, and compassionate. Everyone was very supportive during my first few weeks, and we have a lot of fun together! I truly believe this is one of the best places to work! I love my job and I'm proud to be flyer!
Cons
The office is a little far from downtown, but the office layout and design make up for it! amazing work space and outdoor area!
