Pros

Radiant has an incredible energy from the moment you walk in the door. The people are smart, driven, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about what they're building. It is refreshing to work alongside talented coworkers who are focused on solving hard problems and moving quickly. The facilities are excellent, the onboarding process is well organized, and there is a strong investment in making employees feel welcomed and set up for success. The perks, company swag, and overall employee experience are first class. Most importantly, the mission is exciting and meaningful. There is a real sense that the work matters and that the company has the potential to make a significant impact. The outlook for the future is very promising, and it is an exciting time to be part of the team. I would highly recommend Radiant to anyone looking for a professional, fast-paced environment with ambitious goals and exceptional people.

Cons

As with any rapidly growing startup, priorities can shift quickly and there is a lot happening at once. Employees who prefer highly structured environments may need time to adapt to the pace and constant evolution that comes with building something new.

Pros

Tight knit and supportive team, you get a lot of responsibility delegated to you and have free range to solve problems. If you're new to that level of responsibility or need structure, that can be a curse and people quickly sink or swim. It's a flat structure which means you'll interact with the executive team (and be held accountable by them).

Cons

Lacks the structure and internal support that more mature companies have, standard fare for a startup; things I took for granted at a mature company need to be reinvented here as the company changes. You need to get used to not doing your best work in 100% of you tasks and accept that as being ok; prioritization and open communication is key.

Pros

Talented passionate employees that are driven with a cool world changing mission

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent. High bar = do the work of multiple roles perfectly and volunteer for more work. Limited to no ramp up time.
