Pros

The people that you encounter on a day to day basis are friendly and very professional. The culture is positive and diverse, I see why it is listed as one of the best places to work. The direction at the top is clear and the company is definitely disrupting the industry.

Cons

From day one my manager made it clear to me that her managers wanted to hire me and that she did not. She spent the next year isolating me and setting me up for failure in what can only be described as a toxic relationship with a narcissist that was determined to undermine her managers and push me out to fill her group with the clique that she wanted to build. Sadly I only read the other Glassdoor reviews on this department after it was too late and I have been hesitant to post this but I feel others should be warned and not waste their time. I ultimately quit to avoid the toxicity and moved to another company where I have been promoted and assigned 5 direct reports in 6 months time. I realize something that I want to share with others, no matter how good the company no one should stay in a place where they are not respected or appreciated. Never allow yourself to be a victim of someone else's insecurity and game playing. Never stay silent because you don't want to appear disgruntled. You may save someone else from wasting their time.

Pros

Great benefits. In recent years however, benefits have fallen behind competitors.

Cons

Too many reductions in force - do more with less can be overwhelming.
