Pros
Radian has been a great place to grow in my career. The work-life balance is excellent, and the remote work flexibility makes it much easier to manage personal and professional responsibilities. The people are very kind, supportive, and collaborative. Management has generally been understanding and respectful of employees. I also had the opportunity to learn and develop professionally during my time here.
Cons
Compensation can be somewhat below the market compared to similar roles in the industry. There was also some organizational change after my manager was laid off, which affected team dynamics.
