Pros
Great people. Working chemistry was great amongst colleagues. Plant is small enough that employees known everyone on a first name basis, including upper management.
Cons
Not so many resources. The company has been downsizing as they are in the process of recreating the New Haven site into a design hub for rapid prototyping and testing as opposed to a full blown site for manufacturing.
