Pros
Good amount of Pto starting. Start off with 120 hours. After 5 years maxes or at 160 hours.
Cons
Management turnover is bad. Employee attrition is bad. Poor temp agency staffing. They are willing to let anyone with there. I've seen people there test positive on their drug tests during orientation and they are still allowed to work. Worked there 9 years and barely had room to grow or be developed by my leadership team. Poor covid employee perks. During covid worked up to 80 hours weeks. Then every peak season, which is Oct to Dec it was mandatory 70 hours a week. Company seems to not care about their more tenured associates. Just care about hitting UPH and and money.
