      Pros

      None. They catch you with that we are a super company and we are wonderful and YOU are their sort sort of people. Once you get hired on at .... not true.

      Cons

      They ask you what hours you were interested in. You give them to them ... and they say oh that's wonderful .... they then give you a schedule. Then they say overtime is mandatory and they Will totally ignore your schedule and over right EVERY single day that is your technical day off and they will assigned you work duty.
