Pros
A really ambitious owner snd creative team which helps you feel like your part of a change. Loads of opportunities to work with and inspire youth, we get to host grear events and the obvious part where you may meet an artist you admire. I was able to build to senior level in my role therefore I planned events etc.
Cons
Big pay gap between management and mid level staff, sometimes upwards of £30k. Can easily be a cliquey environment, there’s no internal HR so issues are often swept under the rug. Really hard for staff to feel comfortable speaking out as the head guys use bullying tactics to discredit you. There’s a lot of potential, and it would be a great place to work if you didn’t live in fear of going against the grain.
