No leadership No accountability No acknowledgement for 60+ hours a week for years No 401k matching No hope of career movement - even when asked, response was: you need to broaden your skill-set - when can I do that when I’m already working 60+ hours a week and already exhausted? Too many accounts on one person The review above that described an actual life-work balance is non-existing here - I don’t know where he/she works, but I would like to transfer there; or he/she isn’t on enough accounts to balance out the rest of the office that is probably suffering
