      Owners are very nice & treat staff better than other places I have worked.

      Cons

      Long hours. Sometimes work very late on weekends, but tips are good.

      Pros

      The company culture and work environment is excellent. Rack and Helen's promotes from within and offers easy ways to move up through the company. I made more money as a bartender there than I have at any other serving/bartending job in town!

      Cons

      Management is still learning (promoted from wait staff), but are willing to take criticism.
