      Pros

      Great retirement plan that many places don't have anymore. Dental insurance is great. Health and vision insurance is comparable to other companies.

      Cons

      Management has an US vs THEM mentality. If you aren't a favorite, your days are numbered. No accountability for management - you are the accountability and escalation. Terrible management in most departments. Nothing more than a stepping stone. Pay rate is far below the private sector in most departments.

      Pros

      Good health and dental benefits, unlimited sick time, disability insurance, fair vacation time. Able to mold my position into what works for me. Good pay and opportunities for raises. Lots of training and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      No maternity leave. Outdated buildings with uncomfortable work environments. Unprofessional leadership. Merit raises taken away in 2025. Lots of staff who do not care about their jobs.
