      Nice clothes, decent discount if you have occasions to wear the type of clothing.

      Cons

      Was given no choice in uniform, I was a full time employee and was forced to wear the same uniform 5 days a week. Forced to wear heels for 8+ hours per day and was discriminated against for having tattoos. I was also not given choices for uniform for the new season because they did not want my tattoos to show.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, amazing and supportive leadership, growth opportunities, exciting business culture, summer fridays and culture benefits. Travel opportunities, 4:30pm finishes. I've worked at Rachel Gilbert for coming up to 4 years and have progressed internally as have many others from a mid-level to a senior management role. Rachel Gilbert is a workplace where employee opinions and wellbeing is important. It is an extremely collaborative and fun, fast paced environment.
