Not an inclusive work environment with bad management - Beader Rachel Gilbert Employee Review

The company treats its skilled staff less than desireably. There was absolutely minimal interaction between "office staff" and "skilled workers" unless instructions were given. On the note of instructions, little to no instructions were given for us to complete the tasks at hand. The mismanagement and lack of communication between managers and staff made an extremely hostile work environment, not to mention the lack of adequate breaks needed for a skilled worker such as a beader. I actually sustained injuries from working here as I felt I couldn't take even small breaks in between labourous work.
