      Pros

      - It's a small company that will allow you to take time of when it is needed - not too physically demanding - challenging work

      Cons

      - owner can be rude to employees - uses employees as personal cleaners - owner keeps multiple cats in the workshop, which therefore smells like a big litter box - late nights

      • Good communication • Senior Co-worker always answer any question • Good experience • I can be creative • Have a start time but flexible when it needed • Lots of opportunities and learning for new skills.

      Healthy Work Environment. Flexible Hours. Great Learning Experience. Pet Friendly. Small team and super friendly staff. Great opportunity for growth in such a small company.

      Cons

      No Benefits. No quick access to bus stop, need to walk 5 minutes. (If you take transit)
