Could work on the management communication and the pay could be higher. Training was all over the place. It seemed like I was learning new things almost a month in that I should've known when I first started. It's a very seasonal job and if the weather is bad, car washes, I've learned, tend to close down early which means your hours, you work that day or week of bad weather, get cut down too which means no money. Wish I had known this or thought of this before getting the job...
