Pros

Working here, I feel appreciated for my skills and my opinion matters. The support from your colleagues means you don't have to rely on just yourself. Management know what they are doing, and I can find myself having a wonderful conversation with them. As a Support Technician, you can also be sent to customer visits, which adds more variety to the position.

Cons

As a Support Technician, it is important to be working in the office. Being from Dunstable, this makes me concerned for fuel at times but I have never not been able to get it.
