The people are fantastic to be around. It's an appropriate level of management and friendliness.
Cons
As an account manager, you're responsible for contacting leads, the sale from start-finish, and providing continued support for those accounts. I wish there was some separation between those responsibilities or more emphasis on bettering your skills.
