Pros

Can't think of any off hand.

Cons

No respect for constitutional, employment law or laws relevant to business activities in the countries in which in they operate worldwide. Management/employees retaliate for blowing the whistle on sexual discrimination and/or harassment. Managers use illegal bait-and-switch tactics during the hiring process. In fact they agreed to pick-up my FINRA registration but they didn't deliver or make it right. The culture is extremely toxic and ran by Facebook trolls that are lying frauds. Lower, middle and senior management are all part of the problem because they stick their head in the sand instead of acting professionally and within the employment, constitutional, and other laws that regulate how corporations are to do business withing the countries in which they operate. A pattern that can be found around the world. P.S. Had to give one star overall.

Pros

None that I can think of offhand.

Cons

In my opinion there is Employee harassment for reporting sexual discrimination/harassment that occurs every day. A situation senior management is well aware of but FAILS to take any action. Also, in my opinion, management and employees retaliate against whistleblowers further adding insult to injury. If you are not the correct gender you will not have the same career opportunities as others. Finally, do NOT trust your FINRA registration to this organization; they will pull a bait and switch failing to pick up the registrations; and are unwilling to provide an explanation or to make the employee whole. Finally, in my opinion the day to day culture revolves around Facebook rumors, lies, and other blatant frauds.
