      Pros

      A handful of great people who I met during my time working there.

      Cons

      Abusive CEO who doesn’t know what he’s doing, and is obsessed with success although pretends it’s all about the company’s mission of “respect your universe “ - nothing could be further from the company culture. Incompetent management who’s afraid to stand up for their teams. Completely chaotic (dis) organization with daily rants by CEO. Culture of fear. “HR” recognizes the total dysfunction of the place but does nothing. Unbelievably stressful. Everyone working there knows it’s awful.

      Nothing there is remotely good

      Cons

      CEO was abusive to staff, money hungry for himself and didn't care about anyone but himself. Horrible culture exemplified from the top down. CEO preaches that its about respecting our universe when he disrespects everyone else's on a daily basis. No wonder extremely shaky future outlook for the company. CEO keeps upping common share amounts just to stay afloat and RYU is still millions in the hole as of Sept 2018. Look into this company before you apply because job security is something I would be extremely worried about, you might be fired for no reason or the company might go under soon. Wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy.
