Pros

The team is small yet wonderful. The creatives have amazing ideas and working with them was always seamless. Some powerful conversations happened at the office. The work is rewarding, it's always well thought out and conscientious. Easy to work in office or work from home.

Cons

Hoping they open up to more fulltime hiring

Pros

What's great about RXM is that, being it a small agency, you get to brainstorm and work directly with the Creative Directors (and founders) on a daily basis, so you learn a lot and fast. That's also possible because Raul and Mihai made their bones in big agencies in the past, and used their experience to create an agency that is more agile than the big corporate agencies that often have too many layers. If you're willing to go the extra mile, if you come up with a good idea you believe in, Raul and Mihai will back it up and work with you to make it happen. I've never got the "i'm the boss attitude" from them. They actually treat you like a peer, make you feel included and listened to since day 1, and always keep an eye on the work-life balance so that you don't get burned out. We've done great award-winning work together, and that's what RXM Creative stands for.

Cons

If you're used to working in a corporate agency with all its layers and Departments, you might have to adjust here.
