Pros

The people here work really well together. Everyone across the organization is highly collaborative in making sure each event is a hit! I enjoyed the people I worked with and there’s a real feeling of family at Reed. I was impressed by how much they are willing to work with employees on finding the right role for them within the organization based on their personal goals and career interests. As a working mother, I appreciated the flexibility afforded me to attend to family matters and the ability to work from home when needed. The President of the Americas is such a transformational leader. He strives to fully develop the leadership potential of others within the organization. He is a very smart businessman who knows the industry well yet he is always looking to learn from others across the organization. He is kind, humble and always willing to help employees grow personally and professionally. His open door policy and visibility in the office have earned him the reputation for being friendly and approachable.

Cons

Sometimes there is resistance to change from employees that have become accustomed to things being done a certain way. This was frustrating at times, but I know they are continuously working on improving processes in order to keep up with times.

Pros

Opportunity for growth within the company, great focus on not only retaining but growing inhouse talent. Tons of different sales roles to apply for. Ability to work remote full time.

Cons

Perhaps not the most competitive salary initially but can easily work your way into one.

Pros

The hybrid work model, I guess?

Cons

Do yourself a favor and filter this section to only the 1 star and 2 star reviews, because those are the only accurate reviews, at least for RX Global in the Norwalk office. At RX, you are overworked, but also underpaid and undervalued. Employees at this company are just a number. You are paid a comically low salary, no overtime, and HORRIBLE benefits, all for them to use and abuse you. You are expected to work overtime throughout the entire year. You are not only expected to travel for your own shows, but you are also required to volunteer for other shows and attend other external events throughout the year, that always fall over weekends. Have a good idea? Something that can propel the business forward? Doesn't matter! Unless you are VP level or above, your ideas are worth nothing— If anything, they're laughed at. On that note, unless you are VP level or above, not only do you have no autonomy, but you are essentially a dumping ground for admin work. And last but not least, the company culture is one consisting of gossip. Be prepared to be gaslit, micromanaged, and emotionally manipulated if you consider working here. Oh also, non-existent growth opportunities!
