      Pros

      Work from home and the people are the only good things I can say

      Cons

      No training, no appreciation, long hours, low salary, high turnover rate in offices around the world but especially the Montreal office.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
