Great working experience both personally and professionally. Great technical work. Great coworkers, and the owners are really good. Compensation and pay raises are regular.

The travel is 75% or more as an engineer. It's the function of the role and there is no working around it.

Flexible work hours and health insurance

Poor management. There’s employees who do nothing and put it on other team members and everyone complains how they do nothing but yet they can work there for 10+ years and nothing happens.
