      Most frustrating aspect is that Senior VPs obtained their position/title when company was <500 employees and do not have skills or competencies to operate at current size and projected growth.

      Good Friday is observed as a company holiday; however, the accounting team will be working, including the Saturday before Easter.

      Easy to step into from 3rd party company. The people worked with daily were great.

      Cons

      Disability discrimination. Views a person standing on their right to disability accommodations as "unprofessional" due to badgering from contractor. Wouldn't accept medical paperwork directly from the VA as evidence in the matter.
