Pros

Good compensation, plenty of resources and perks, culture of smart and hardworking colleagues

Cons

Can be beauracratic and slow because it's such a large company; decisions are often made by the European nucleus and limited by that perspective

Thanks a lot for taking the time to provide detailed feedback. Sorry for getting back to you so late, but I just started commenting on feedback on glassdoor as of now. I really appreciate what you are saying and we, as the team that deals with Employer Branding and HR Communication, will definitely have a closer look at what you commented on. You are right, in some cases our focus is not yet global enough but we are all working on it really hard. RWE is part of a transition and all employees are asked to support this time of change, which I think is a really interesting and challenging one. Wishing you all the best for your professional and private future. Take care, Regina, part of the RWE careers team.

Pros

Easy to step into from 3rd party company. The people worked with daily were great.

Cons

Disability discrimination. Views a person standing on their right to disability accommodations as "unprofessional" due to badgering from contractor. Wouldn't accept medical paperwork directly from the VA as evidence in the matter.
