Thanks a lot for taking the time to provide detailed feedback. Sorry for getting back to you so late, but I just started commenting on feedback on glassdoor as of now. I really appreciate what you are saying and we, as the team that deals with Employer Branding and HR Communication, will definitely have a closer look at what you commented on. You are right, in some cases our focus is not yet global enough but we are all working on it really hard. RWE is part of a transition and all employees are asked to support this time of change, which I think is a really interesting and challenging one.
