Pros
RVT has a Small Office Environment, so you automatically bond with the team. I really enjoy the people, and the technical work involved, and the personal connection you can create with clients.
Cons
I haven't seen much of an ability to change positions because the office is so small. Many people have to wear many hats. However, this is also a Pro because you can learn a variety of skills.
