Pros
You had control of your schedule. They’d give you your patients and a company phone and you scheduled your patients yourself. Once you finished your visit, you had the option to document wherever including at home.
Cons
If you’re full time, and they don’t have enough patients to give you, they’d take the time from your PTO to make the 40 hours.
