Great training camp for eDiscovery - bad management - Client Services RVM Enterprises Employee Review

Pros

Exposure to top clients and sensitive matters in the industry. Typically a heavy work load which means you get to experience every type of eDiscovery or Forensic project or problem you could think of resulting in ultimate career growth. Work from home 1 day a week or when needed which is nice. I liked that I was constantly challenged and had to think on my feet to solve complex problems. During my time there, I collaborated with my team, asked tons of questions and learned from experienced Senior Project Managers. There's a lot of really intelligent people there driving the business that should be listened to and better acknowledged.

Cons

Bureaucratic management from the top down, especially on the CS side. The last director they hired and fired really tore the company and morale apart. I'm not going to say long hours and demanding clients because that's every vendor in eDiscovery and should be expected if you're just entering the industry or still new.

Pros

Is this a real question? The Pros is that I'm no longer there. Christmas party was INSANELY fun!

Cons

For some reason the CTO would get all the forwarded emails from the sales team.
