      Good friendly co workers, decent pay.

      Cons

      Poor management, huge turn over of employees. Like they pull a name out of a hat every Thursday fire someone new. Most there less then 1 month.

      Fun place to work for, interesting problems every day, other employees are easy and fun to get along with.

      Cons

      Lack of communication with staff, no one knows what is going on, what is the plan for the future, how are we each doing?
