      Pros of working for Rush are the training they give, which are amazing , and it is always good to educate ourselves. The weekend competition which i believe it helps to believe more in ourselves.

People value independence, be it as a society or in their profession. ... Become a multifaceted personality. As a hairdresser, you do not just develop one set of skills.

      Cons

      Some disadvantages include taking responsibility of making someone look better and making sure the client is happy. Sometimes a client will not be happy with your service. There is a lot of competition that charges competitive rates. Probably the most popular disadvantage is a lack of health insurance and benefits.
