Pros

Years worth of experience in a very short time. Good relationships with coworkers. Some opportunity for growth. Very fast paced if you like that, if not, consider that a con. Some opportunity for interesting experiences, including travel, working at events, meeting athletes, etc. If you like sports (specifically wrestling) you'll enjoy that part of working at Rudis.

Cons

Little to no work-life balance. Significant moral issues high up in the company. Communication is not good at all. Forced to feel guilty for taking personal time off. Very limited PTO and sick time though they'll brag about being "generous". Pay is okay, not great. Benefits aren't terrible but pretty close to minimum.

Pros

There’s no question this company has tremendous potential and access to an underserved market. The foundation is there—great product, passionate team, and clear demand. But it’s increasingly clear that the leadership lacks the consistency and strategic focus needed to capitalize on that potential. As long as Jesse remains, the company is at risk of squandering what could be a truly transformative opportunity.

Cons

I have serious concerns about the current CEO and direction of the company. The CEO seems clinically delusional. Decisions at the executive level appear erratic and lack the strategic foresight necessary for sustainable growth. With current leadership, I fear the business will continue to face instability and decline.
