The COO and upper management flat out lies to clients about our services just to get more contracts and money, which leaves to chaos and mayhem for their employees when they are left to figure out new services and work processes. A handful of the upper management team just sits around all day doing nothing and collects a six figure paycheck. Overall the morale of the place is at a all time low and probably won't get any better.
