Pros
Very smart & passionate teams within a large company. Great individual resources and interesting real-world problems. Programs are well organized with competent leads and good training.
Cons
VERY LARGE company. Can get lost in the mix. Although Program Teams are competent and work very well together, there is an incredible disconnect from Employee departments and sections. In almost 3 years I saw my department manager 3 times and my section manager twice/year. This made performance reviews challenging and not personal.
