Great educational benefits - Tuition Reimbursement for school and certifications. No manager approval needed. Depending on location, you get to work with great teams of respectable people.
Cons
For workers in the field it entirely depends on where you are located and what your contract is/ who your managers are. Pay, benefits, and how company policy is enforced is very dependent on which contract you are on and how your management decides to interpret company policy. 401K moved from Fidelity to Alight. Alight is a huge disappointment and nearly impossible to navigate. Imposes draconian covid vaccine mandate.
