Benefits are great, good pay.
Cons
Lack of policy standards, no evaluations done on employees in my work center. So no matter how little a person works and someone has to do the work for two people. Upper management has been told about this problem in the work center but does little or nothing about it. Great personnel get overlooked in my work center who desire to work elsewhere in the company so instead of hiring someone internally to do the job, it goes external. Promotions are very limited in my work center. The good ol' boy system is alive and well in the workplace.
