If you are good and have been rewarded financially from good evaluations, but your are getting older, they will find nitpick ways to find fault with you and get rid of you so they can hire cheaper younger people or put your job on the backs of those who are left. Legal is very strong. Every decision that involves HR is a legal one made by a team of lawyers. They will run around Orion and back to ensure they don't get sued. This ultimately means that people don't come first and it means you will be asked to do many things that lack any sort of common sense.
