      Pros

      Good learning experience on new technologies with good people around.

      Cons

      1. Salary doesn't come on time, sometime it was delayed for more than two months. 2. Claims of some employees are pending from years. 3. I was not certain on the organisation growth so quitted. 4. Poor management, no appraisals.

      Pros

      1) A place where one can learn technical knowledge. 2) A place where a Mechanical Engineer can experience the full Product Life cycle Management of a product. 3) A place where one can do real Engineering R&D. 4) Advisers are good. 5) People are friendly.

      Cons

      1) Poor Management. 2) Horrible managers. 3) No good Financial perks.
