I would not say anything - people need to go to work and stop complaining about instructing - this is the easiest job to be an instructor and instructors have no idea how easy they have it!

Easily threatened by strong personalities. If you’re not a kissing up to the right people, you’re on the outs. If you speak truth about abuse by other instructors, you’re placing a target on your back. Tries to have you sign contracts to make it a fireable offense to communicate with former employees wronged by ownership. Lying leadership. Lying ownership. They’re a mediocre, bland, tasteless bunch. And if HR is in on the gossip, you know you’re in the bad place.
