Great Job if you want to fear for your future - Senior Recruiter RTG Medical Employee Review

This was a first, I've never gone broke working for a company. This was also a very exclusive environment (never quite felt welcomed); Management had zero clue how to treat employees, zero training, was never ever explained how to make a bonus check, advised of always making 100 to 400k a year, but given no direction on how to do that; employee's work time was never valued. I'm sure that eventually they will figure out their bugs as they are a young company, but until then they are cultivating a culture or confusion and fear.
