Pros
The people working with RTF are professional, intelligent, hardworking, and easy going. They're fun to work with, and they are always willing to lend their assistance.
Cons
Emulates a start-up, although it's been around for years. The GM is conducting an extensive company makeover, and things tend to get lost in translation sometimes. Communication between departments is lacking, and there aren't currently any processes in place.
