Cordialement.

Pros

- The team in Dublin is small and quite independent from the head quarter in France. - The location in Dublin is very central. - The product is very interesting.

Cons

- Poor training on the job. - The structure of the company is very blurry, so no actual HR department, and the team in Dublin does not feel integrated in the rest of the company. - Lack of resources (the management tries wants to use only cheap/free tools) and knowledge (for instance in 12v wiring) - The management avoids the issues, so expect to deal with problems on your own. - The focus of the management is on reducing costs only. There is very little interest in improving the product / service. - No human touch from the management. - Most servers are kept in-house, so there are many problems, and very little communication internally when it happens. The infrastructure is unreliable. - Low wages, with nothing extra (no maternity benefit / health cover..)
