Pros
The engineers are great and work well together. Recently finished a new building and have offices instead of cubicles. Some areas of the company have exciting work and travel opportunities.
Cons
RT Logic has really gone down hill under the new SVP’s leadership. Overtime was removed and the divide between senior management and the rest of the company has widened. Management treats the employees as cogs and disposable. The "family" atmosphere that existed 5 years ago is gone. Even though work is increasing, requests to hire are denied. People are extremely overwork and no work life balance exists. The only people who do well at RT Logic are upper management and software engineers (those who don't have to interact with others). Would highly recommend not starting a career at RT Logic. With different management things could get better but as of today they're pretty self focused, unethical, and out of touch with the health of the company.
