O/O always know what the load pays, rate sheet emailed to you before you deliver your previous load in most cases, rarely have a layover and never have a problem finding good paying loads, average length of haul is 1500 miles, They will work with you to meet your needs, they are everything the other companies claim to be, and they won't lie to you, and expect the same in return. There is no competition here, everyone gets dispatched the same and treated as a professional, the rest is up to you.

Actually just a little common sense, if you don't tell them what you want to do they will run you till they are ready to send you home, lol
