Pros

Good ability to work from home. There is a clear career path for school/university leavers, however this does not extend to those in IT/Marketing roles.

Cons

One of the most toxic places I've worked where partners/directors will actively undermine employees to advance their own career. Your manager will not have time for you, or give you guidance in any way, Trust no one here.

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
